Welcome to the Padel Research Course. I am Bernardino Sánchez-Alcaraz, professor at the Faculty of Sports Sciences of the University of Murcia, coach and researcher in padel.
In this innovative course we are going to know and develop the results of the different studies that have applied research in padel, grouped in different areas, such as the analysis of performance, technical and biomechanical aspects, physical condition, sports injuries, variables that affect the score of a match, etc.
In addition, you will learn all the statistics and competition statistics and their influence on the result of the point or match, so that you can get the most out of them by applying them in your tournaments or training sessions.
